We're just off the main road, in the little grey building with the yellow chairs. Good coffee, proper food, and cake baked here every morning — not shipped in.

Why we opened
Chelmsford's got no shortage of places to grab a coffee and go. We wanted somewhere you'd actually want to stay — so we found a cosy spot on Springfield Park Road, put up a sloth on the sign, and decided nothing here would be rushed.
The cakes are baked on-site, not delivered in a van. The coffee's pulled properly, not blasted out. And whether you end up inside or out in the garden, nobody's going to hurry you along.
